GENERAL CONDITIONS – RENTAL CONTRACT

ARTICLE 1.

USE OF THE VEHICLE.

• The Lessee agrees to use and drive the vehicle in accordance with the basic rules of driving and circulation, and in accordance with the specifications for use of the type of Vehicle.
• The Lessee agrees not to use the vehicle and/or not let it be used in the following cases:

1. Paid passenger transport.
2. Push or tow any vehicle or any other object, rolling or not.
3. Participate in competitions, official or not; as well as carrying out resistance tests on materials, accessories or products (unless expressly authorized by the Lessor).
4. Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any other type of narcotic substance.
5. Transportation of goods that violate the Law or current provisions, or for illegal purposes.
6. Transportation of passengers with a number greater than that authorized and indicated in the registration certificate and/or technical inspection sheet of the Vehicle.
7. Transport of Goods in weight, quantity and/or volume greater than that authorized in the circulation permit and/or technical inspection sheet of the Vehicle.
8. Transportation of flammable and/or dangerous goods, as well as harmful toxic and/or radioactive products.
9. Transportation of live animals (except for companion animals and/or pets, with prior authorization from the lessor).
