You can book your motorcycle directly on our website by choosing the model and dates you prefer from our KTM and Husqvarna fleet. If you have any questions before or after booking, contact us by phone (+34 928 692 132, ext. 4) or by email (alquiler@valsebike.com) and we’ll be happy to help.
Pick-up and drop-off take place at our office during working hours. If you need delivery or collection outside office hours or at another location in Gran Canaria, we can arrange it subject to availability and for an additional fee.
You can rent a motorcycle with us if you are at least 25 years old, present your original ID or passport, and hold a valid motorcycle license (A2 or A). If you only have a car license (B), you can rent bikes up to 125 cc as long as you’ve held your license for at least 3 years.
For foreign customers: EU and UK licenses are valid in Spain. For other countries, we recommend holding an International Driving Permit together with your national license.
When collecting the motorcycle, a €1,000 hold will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit. This amount covers potential damages. It’s not charged, only held during the rental period, and released once the bike is returned in the agreed conditions.
The price includes motorcycle use, mandatory third-party insurance, 24-hour roadside assistance, and standard mechanical maintenance. Fuel is not included — the motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
The rental includes third-party liability insurance. Damage to the motorcycle is covered with a €1,000 deductible. In case of theft, you must return the keys for the coverage to be valid. Accidents due to alcohol or negligence are not covered.
You have 24-hour roadside assistance. In case of an accident, you must inform us within 24 hours and submit the accident report. Breakdowns due to normal use are covered; those due to negligence are the customer’s responsibility.
Yes. Many of our motorcycles are approved for two passengers, so you can enjoy your ride around Gran Canaria with company. Just make sure not to exceed the manufacturer’s weight limit.
The minimum rental period is one full day. The motorcycle must be returned at the agreed time. If you need more flexibility, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to adapt.
